Michelle Gramatke
Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Gramatke is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of international and domestic experience, primarily in financial management, taxation, assurance and transaction support.

Prior to joining JOG Capital in 2004, Mrs. Gramatke worked in Russia and Kazakhstan in several positions, including CFO of PwC Central Asia, Deputy CFO of GTS (an American NASDAQ listed telecoms company) and Manager with PwC Moscow. From 1990 to 1996, Mrs. Gramatke worked in Calgary as a Financial Controller in private industry and with KPMG focusing on upstream Oil & Gas, construction and mining companies.

Michelle Gramatke received her CA designation in 1991 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Lethbridge.
